Before you even think about assessing someone for a job, they should demonstrate 3 vital qualities:
 
  1. Integrity 
    Does he/she seem stable and honest? Do they openly admit their mistakes?  Do they speak about their lives with both candor and discretion?  
  1. Intelligence
    Intellectual curiosity is the strongest sign of a sharp, active mind.  Formal education should be only the beginning—you need a candidate ready to learn from experience. 


  2. Maturity
    Mature people are confident but not arrogant and have a sense of humor, especially about themselves!  Look for equal measures of joy and humility. 
 
Before you proceed in the interview process, ask yourself: does your candidate have all 3 of these qualities?
